Project Objective
To install WebDav (World Wide Web Distributed Authoring and Versioning) on the server in order for Construction Engineering students can compare two XML files uses the ganttproject. 

To create ICEE current website by placing students and faculty information and pictures.  It will also include the students project objective, abstract, project results, and project links (resume).
